Orders generally ship within 1-3 weeks depending on production schedules. These kits are produced and made by a small company of two persons; sometimes just one. We consider our kits to be hand-produced, specialty items; not a product manufactured by a large company like Walmart; therefore they sometimes take time to produce. If you have placed an order online, you can check the status of your order via the account you started when you made your purchase. It Could Happen to You! That’s right. The kit you receive might be missing a part or may contain a damaged part. It happens sometimes. When producing and packing our kits, we handle thousands of parts a day, BY HAND, NOT MACHINE. There are no automated packing machines or window counting robots. These kits are made by real people. If you have any damaged or missing parts, here’s all you need to do; please email us and include "MISSING PARTS" in the subject line. We’ll get it out to you right away. We’re here to help you build your kit! What we ask that you don’t do is call us screaming and yelling; that never helps and please , no nasty emails. While we will do everything we can to fix a problem with your order; we’ll also let you know when you are being unreasonable. Like we said, we’re here to help. We have nothing to gain by not helping; so let us help you with what ever we can without hostility.
